A nation of coaches
The Netherlands has an estimated 250,000 coaches. The market is unregulated and largely fragmented, with limited specialisation at board level.
For most professionals, that is acceptable. At this level, it is not.
Our offer
+pascal brings together a specifically selected group of executive coaches and mentors - people with genuine experience at board level and a specialisation in executive coaching.
Executive coaching is ongoing and focused on broader executive effectiveness. Mentoring is situational: specific knowledge and experience, exactly when it matters most. The situation determines what is appropriate - or a combination of both.
For mentoring matches we draw on the Odgers network: 25,000 senior executives in the Netherlands, active or recently active at board level. Selection combines substantive relevance with personal fit, as knowledge transfer only works when the mentor's style and approach connect with the person receiving it.
